Policy and Procedure
Complimentary :
- welcome drink upon arrival.
- mineral water in the room.
- tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
- wi-fi internet connection in the room and public areas.
- afternoon tea time, turndown service and welcome massage 15 minutes (only for Madya, Utama and Mandala rooms).
Additional remarks and surcharge :
- special request such as bed configuration (king or twin bed) is subject to availability upon arrival.
- child age of 0 – 5 years old will get breakfast for free and 6 – 11 years old will be charged at IDR 50,000 net/child for breakfast.
- extra bed includes breakfast at IDR 150,000/bed/night and only 1 extra bed is allowed per room.
- baby cot is provided free of charge and only 1 baby cot is allowed per room.
Check-in and check-out time :
- check-in time starts from 2:00 p.m.
- check-out time is on or before 12:00 noon.
Child policy :
- infant is considered at 0 to 5 years of age.
- child is considered at 6 to 11 years of age.
Cancellation and no show policy :
- a reservation will be marked as “no show” and charged for the full reservation amount if you do not arrive or check-in on the arrival date and no prior notification given.
- cancellation made maximum before 7 days prior to your arrival, no cancellation fee will be applied.
- cancellation made less than 7 days and maximum before 3 days prior to your arrival, 1 night cancellation fee will be applied.
- cancellation made within 3 days prior to your arrival or no show, full reservation amount will be charged for the cancellation.
Reservation policy and procedure :
- the reservation submitted is not guaranteed and subject to room availability. Once the reservation has been submitted, you will receive a notification email stating your reservation submission and details and at this stage, we have not charged you nor payment has been made to us. We will confirm your reservation within 1 day (1×24 hours) and notify you through an email. Shall the room is available and confirmed for your selected date, you will receive a payment link in the email sent to you and the payment needs to be made within 1 day (1×24 hours) after the email is sent to you, otherwise, the reservation will not be processed and the room will be released.
- a change of name is considered as a cancellation and re-booking is subject to room availability at the time of the change of the name.
- other expenses not included in the reservation during your stay at the hotel will be paid by you directly to the hotel following the hotel’s policy.
- should you wish to extend your stay and pay to the hotel directly, you must follow the walk-in rate applied by the hotel.
