Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park is a complex where visitors can learn about Balinese culture and also enjoy the entertainment offered. The Balinese arts, cultural and spiritual aspects are gathered in this complex which open from 9 am – 9 pm daily. Various cultural activities and performances are shown here, such as the traditional Balinese musical and dance performances. One of the most iconic landmarks in Bali that can be seen in this area is a big statue which represents the Hindu goddess Wisnu and his mount Garuda bird. Some facilities are also provided, such as an exhibition area and few restaurants and food stalls serving local and international dishes.
